Yes. Weston is our base, and it’s the area with our shortest response times. That covers the gated single-family sections west of the Sawgrass corridor, the townhome and villa communities closer to Bonaventure, and everything organized under Weston’s HOAs and the Indian Trace Community Development District.
Because Weston’s neighborhoods were largely built in a single development wave from the mid-1990s onward, the plumbing systems across most of the city share similar age and material. That means we’re usually diagnosing the same handful of failure points, not guessing at what decade of pipe we’re dealing with.
It also means we don’t treat Weston as an average South Florida city. It sits on Broward’s western edge, and being based here is exactly why we know its gate codes, its lake-adjacent yards, and its HOA process better than a crew driving in from further east ever would.
