The contact form on this site asks for a name, phone number, email address, city, a short description of the plumbing issue, and any message you choose to add. When you submit it, some technical details are captured automatically too: IP address, browser type, the page you were on, and standard marketing parameters (UTM, GCLID, and similar tags) when they’re present in the link you arrived from.

We do not collect payment details, financial account numbers, passwords, or government identification through this website.

Information submitted through the form is used to respond to your request: to call or email you back, schedule a visit, and provide the service you asked about. We do not sell contact information to third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection to our client-management system. Access is limited to the people who need it to follow up on your request. The form itself includes basic spam protections (a hidden field and a timing check) so automated submissions don’t reach a real person’s inbox in the first place.

You can ask us at any time what information we have on file for you, and you can ask us to delete it, subject to any record-keeping we’re required to retain for completed work. Contact us using the details on the Contact page to make either request.
