Open the Google profileWater stains on a corroding pipe fitting in a utility area. The plumbers repaired the fitting and tested the connections to the neighbours. We were happy that the problem was repaired cleanly.
After a big storm, our basement floor drain stopped working right. The plumber got rid of the blockage and checked the drainage lines around it. Water no longer pools on the floor but quickly flows through the drain.

Do you charge extra for nights and weekends?
We’re a 24/7 operation, not a daytime company with an answering service. Ask us directly what a specific job costs before work starts. We don’t publish rates online because every job is different, but there’s no surprise 'after-hours surcharge' sprung on you at the door.
What should I do while I’m waiting for someone to arrive?
With water actively spreading, locate the main shut-off valve, usually near where the supply line enters the house, sometimes at a street-side meter box, and close it. If it’s a gas smell, leave the house and call from outside. For anything else, take a photo or two of what’s happening; it helps whoever’s coming know what to bring.
Do you work on condos and townhomes, not just single-family houses?
Yes. A lot of Weston is planned-community housing: attached homes, shared walls, HOA rules about access hours and contractor parking. We’re used to working within that, including coordinating with a property manager or HOA office when a job needs it.
