This site describes the plumbing services we offer and how to reach us. Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It is not a booking, a contract, or a guarantee of a specific arrival time. A scheduled visit is confirmed by phone or by the follow-up you receive after submitting a request.

An estimate given over the phone or in person is based on the information available at the time. If the scope of a job changes once work begins (a wall needs to come open, a line needs to be scoped, a part isn’t what it first appeared to be) we explain what changed and why before doing any additional work. No fee schedule is published on this site because plumbing work varies too much job to job for a single number to be honest.

The information on this site, including the guides published under our blog, is general in nature and provided for reference. It does not replace an in-person diagnosis by a licensed plumber, and we are not responsible for outcomes from DIY work attempted based on anything published here.

We may update these terms from time to time as our services or this website change. The version posted here is the one currently in effect.
